Flaska från Hier-gibts-bier. Mörkt gyllenfärgad disig vätska. Osäker på om det här är en dunkel men namnet stämmer. På etiketten står det dock kellerbier och smakmässigt låter det mer korrekt. Brödig doft och smak med jäst, hö, lite blommor och frukt. Mjuk och len, friskt jästig och bra smakbild omed medelstort djup. Gott

Pours yellow golden, light hazy. White heat with good lacing and a little retention. Aroma's: malt, grain, light caramel. Retronasal it has a little butter as well. Flavour is light bittersweet. Light bodied. Light moderate bitter finish.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner. A bit hazy amber with a medium head. Sweetish with bread, some toasted notes, mild fruit and hay. A decent one.

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 31 July 2021) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, citrus, grass and fresh herbal hops. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, grain, grass and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, fresh and well balanced. Nice one.

ABV: 5.3%. Hazy medium to dark brown amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, caramel, seet malt, light bread, light toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, grain, hay - straw, caramel - toasted, light grass, light floral - minerals, light bready. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201118]
