Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, bready, dough. Taste is dough, grassy, some fermenting fruits, pears, with a bit of a sour touch. High carbonation. Drinkable, but really quite weird.

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly yeasty and fruity aroma with notes of fruit gums, peaches and mildly clovy spice, restrained wheat character. Sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Malty base with light wheaty notes, shades of banana and peaches, clovy spice; slightly sweet and sour-fruity finish with notes of cloves and peaches towards the aftertaste. No glory. 25.III.17

Bottle: Cloudy, lots of floaties (in-)visible, no head to speak of, brown - dishwater-like - coloured; bananas, yeast and traces of malic acid detectable, wheat and malt as well; moderate sourish-sweet flavour with a slight bitterness, medium bodied, quite soft; sourish-fruity finish with some hoppy traces and distinctive influences of malic acid, again. A drinkable hybrid of a bavarian Weizenbier and a semi-traditional Lambic. Hard to believe, that it was intended...

Bottle: Deep golden, unclear, small and stable off-white foamy layer; dryish piney and cellary nose; dry bitter-tart flavour, pretty light bodied; lingering dry tart and bitter with traces of burnt malt or even smoke. One of the worst "IPA’S"...

Bottle: Ruby-amber dishwater-like coloured, quickly collapsing medium-sized loose tanned head; burnt malt, caramel and fruity aromas in the nose, mild grassy hops barely detectable; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, almost a bit watery; slightly drier and a bit more bitter in the short finish. Not a really pleasant one, but at least a more expensive one...

Flosch’n: Cloudy, golden, quickly collapsing loose off-white head;, grainy-bitter nose with sourish-fruity aromas underneath; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, fizzy and light bodied; phenolic flavours in the slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. An amateurish brew...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Yeast-spicy and pronounced wheaty aroma with hints of caramel, a tinge of banana and mildly citric hops. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, quite light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Dry malt character with present wheaty notes, hints of green bananas, caramel and slightly citric and delicately herbal hops; dry and slim, prickly wheat-malty and mildly bitter hoppy and slightly tart finish. Reminds me pretty much of a Weissbier which is a little bit hoppier. 01.I.17

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty malty aroma with notes of white bread, hints of wort and subtle fruity accents of apricots and pears. Mildly sweet and delicately sour flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty malty base with mildly sour-fruity notes, dough and white bread; slightly sweet and sour-fruity finish with a very restrained hops character. Quite imbalanced, lacks stability. 24.XII.16

(bottle) Hazy, ruby brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Mildly yeasty and earthy, delicately toasted dark malty aroma with berry fruity notes and hints of caramel. Slightly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a mildly prickly carbonation. Moderately toasted malt character with notes of dark and red berries, shades of caramel and herbal hoppy spice towards the subtle fruity and dark malty finish. Okay but not overly exciting. 22.XII.16

Bottle. Nice hazy orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is bananas, much cloves. Taste is bananen-sahne, cheesecake, wheat, rather sweet. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Good, a bit too phenolic and a bit cloying, but nice.
