It is a typical landbier, a bit boring but it makes the job to become refresh, malty, bready, discreet hop, it could have more aromas, 24.12.18 and serving me this beer at Epalinges.

Buying this beer at one kiosk, train station, Landquart. Drinking this can, yesterday, coming back from Freiburg, Germany. Relax, on the balcony, still hot and fresh and smooth beer, fruity, some toffee note, light at the beginning, better at the end, 15.08.23

opalescent golden colour, one inch of dense white head; aroma and taste of (canned) sweetcorn, some fruity, herbal and grapefruity notes; not that bad

It is an average IPA, I think that that more bitterness could be better. The taste is malty, sweet, nice touch of bitterness at the nose, 26.10.16, tasting it at home, Prélaz, buying it in one coop or drinks of the world.

Drinking it on thursday, at Luzern, after a visit in the transport Museum. Nothing special, rather boring and a bit rough helles, dry malt, a bit unpleasant at the palate, perle hop maybe, not subtle, not my favourite, prefering the quöllfrisch.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano sentori di orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano indizi di miele, caffè, liquirizia, pane tostato ed agrumi.

[as Schützengarten Lager] Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso l'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente Il manto birroso superiore è in rapida dispersione. La parte liquida è trasparente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invadente. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano indizi di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.
