Bottle from brewery, many thanks Werckmeister. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma of wheat, banana esters, touch of apples, clove. Taste is again wheat, banana esters, spicy esters with clove, moderate caramel. Good one.

Bb 12(2025. copper cloudy color, small white head. smells spices, yeasty, bit leathery,bit rubbery, ripe fruits, light caramel, light band aid. decent smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes banana, spices, leathery, peppery, bit rubbery, some bread, tobacco, cloves. finishes rather blanced bitter with notes of banana, peppery and leathery notes. I like this a lot better once it warms a bit, way more rounder, at first it wasnt easy to drink. Good one after a while. Trending towards the sweet side, but not cloying. Good.

BB 09/2025. amber hazy color, rather big white head. smells pines, spices, leathery, bubblegum, tobacco. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, leathery, peppery, tobacco, bit grainy, herbal. finishes dry and rather bitter with notes of leather, pepper and herbal notes. nice one overall, but very dry and bitter, lacks some bitter, rather old school.

Taster from 0,5l bottle at Austrian Beer Challenge Day #2 bought at the brewery, shared by Cuso. Dark brown color, small tan head. smells spices, earthy, light veggies, toffee. Ok smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, tobacco, spices, lightly sweet, toffee. finishes lightly sweet with notes of earthy, tobacco and toffee. Nice stuff, did not like the smell so much, but taste is good

Shared bottle with Werckmeister, many thanks. Dark brown color with beige head. Light aroma of dark malt, chocolate, coffee, licorice. Taste is chocolate malt, roasted notes, coffee, licorice, nougat. Good.

Full body, soft carbonation. tastes malty, bit oxidized, caramel, hints of coffee, tobacco, toffee, some ash, spices. finishes lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, ash and spices. Good, rather old school, flavor profile could be a bit more interesting, but good

Red color, small white head. smells tobacco, spices, honey, subtle off notes. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes malty, earthy, tobacco, caramel, spices, honey. finishes lightly sweet with notes of honey, spices and earthy notes. Ok, light off notes, bit on the sweet side, but overall good

Nice one, really good to drink, very good balance

Balance is a bit weird, not totally convinced
