04/01 I had half an hour before the bus so I used it for visiting Dombrau again. Took 0.33 l bottle of this. Pours pale yellow body with big ebony head going down quite slowly. Pleasant, slightly fruity hopped aroma. Flavor also very nice, slightly sweetish although very simple without any special flavor. Full bodied, with oily texture and just enough carbonation it was nice. Finish follows the flavor, some herbal touch present. I was so happy to find so good pale lager, actually it is hemp beer as I see now. Very tasty was anyway.

03/01 0.5 l bottle at Dombrau, mine was at 5.0% Alc. Poured deep reddish brown body with small ebony head. Nice aroma with dark fruits, oak and some caramel, although not strong. Flavor pleasant, a bit fruity sweetish although simple. Quite full bodied. Finish is nice sweet, but quite short. This was nice beer, but I don’t get where did they found whisky...

Bottled(330ml). -at Dombräu, Graz.
This should be hemp beer. Pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, some mild undefined nose, extremely lively carbonation. Tasteless and weak brew with notes of something herbal and nothing else. Very disappointing beer.

Rating No.1800
Bottled(500ml). -at Dombräu, Graz.
Hazy pale yellow/golden coloured, small quick-disappearing head, very dry spicy nose. Fizzy. The taste is also dry and salty with significant notes of pumpkin seed. Big and heavy sediment (probably the biggest I ever saw in single bottle) which goes straight to the bottom of glass. Pumpkin seed finish and long lasting aftertaste. Quite odd but pleasant brew.

Bottled(500ml). -at Dombräu, Graz.
Nice amber coloured, small white (almost no) head, sweet canned corn and honey nose. The taste is similar to sweet corn and boiled vegetables, but quite easy drinkable. Mild hoppy notes in the finish.

Bottled(500ml) shared with Doggythedog at the Dombräu, Graz.
Dark amber coloured, medium sized tan head, vinager nose. Malty, mild hoppy and moderate sweet aroma without any significant whisky notes. Watery.

My beer noi.4 of the Croatian RB beerhunt in Graz 0.5l bottle at the Dombräu. It poured a lovely darker red with a medium sized beige head that went away at a medium pace... beautiful.... After that I hoped for more, and got almost nothing. The nose is faint and malty, and the taste is weak, watery, tea like with hoppy bitterness showing up a little from time to time, mostly in the aftertaste. Interesting, nut unpleasant, but underwhelming and but boring. It would seem that the Austrians simply can’t brew a good "whisky beer".
