Barrel, brewery
Dull tan. Fruity, with hints of minerals. Continues with a dry, minerally, metallic palate. This brings some interesting bitterness on the tongue. Very Asian - almost a textural beer. Glad to have had this from the barrel.

Ceramic mug. Herbal and slightly spicy hop aroma. Lean body. Lots of bitterness. Fairly dry character with some bready malt. Good balance and quite tasty. A rustic, bready pils with strong herbal hopping.

Cloudy, thick head. Spicy hop aroma with lots of fruit. Spicy, wheaty character. Complex, wheaty and fruits. Bitter for a wheat and hoppy dryness late. Neat.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and eggs, and so is the flavor, though added notes of citrus, cardboard, and bread. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
