Inami Syuzo Sake Brewery

Saké Brewery in Miki, Hyogo, Japan 🇯🇵

Established in 1889

Description
Inamishuzo Kabushikigaisha is located in Miki City, a major producer of Yamada-Nishiki, the best raw material rice for Japanese sake. It was founded in 1889. It is brewed in the basin's characteristic cold winter mornings, a flavor blessed for sake brewing, and has gained strong local support, striving to be a mainstream local sake brewer. We will continue to be committed to "brewing sake that brings out the best of rice" in Miki's climate by entrusting the trinity of carefully selected "best raw material rice" and "brewing" in a "climate" suitable for sake brewing to "time" for maturation. The trademark Aoizuru was named by combining the sacred crest of Matsuo Shrine in Kyoto, the Aoi, and the auspicious bird, the Crane.
