葵鶴大吟古酒. Aoi Tsuru Daigin Koshu Sake is a Junmai-Daiginjo aged sake, stored at low temperature, combined with normal-temperature-maturing longer than 5 years. The liquor which let pure rice size brewing sake from the finest rice of 100% of Nishiki, Yamada mature more than 13 years. Amber-color, solid taste. The taste that is deep with amber softly is good as liquor during the meal. Also good with oily dishes. Dried fruit and the affinity preeminence such as an Italian, the thick dish and cheese, fig of the flavor including Chinese food. Rice type: Yamada-Nishiki. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 50%. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): +2. Bottle size: 200 ml., 720 ml.

Drank at room temperature. The consistency of the liquid is clear. The color is bright golden yellow. The olfactory intensity is very high. The olfactory continuity is considerable. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces impressions of melon, almond, plum, dried fruit, mimosa, umami and whisky. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of vigorous and solid sake. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. The taste is enjoyable. The final mouth sensations are of sake that is absolutely to be drunk. The finish is velvety, long, dry, clean and complex. The aroma in the mouth bears signs of white peach, dried apricot, mushroom, whisky, almond, tobacco, oak, umami and white mushrooms.
