Nice looking cup. I finally placed an order from True Sake after reading newsletter for years, this was more for style tuck but not bad at all. Clear pour. Nose is light licorice and minerals. Chewy mouthfeel. Tastes similar and of rice. Very smooth

Drank at room temperature. The liquid is crystalline. The olfactory intensity is high, as is the continuity. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces impressions of grassy, vanilla, white peach, melon, almond, coconut, pear, mimosa, delicate aroma and milky hint. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. The body is round. The taste intensity is normal, and the taste persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are ready to drink. The finish is velvety and dry. The taste is given tones of vanilla, peach, apricot and green apple.
