720ml bottle from \"The Whisky Exchange\" Fantistic fruity nose. Melon, pears. The Saké starts intense and voluminous. Crisp and clean, very fresh with a nice and dry light fruitiness. Great mild body, gibt’s of sweetness. Lots of fresh fruit. Green and yellow fruits, very dry with hints of sweetness left. Hints of alcohol. The aftertaste is long, refreshing mild dry with pears and green plums and honey melon on the tongue.

Bottle from \"The Whisky-Exchange\". Great floral and intense fresh floral nose - pear, yellow fruits. The Saké starts round and floral. Slightly alcoholic, but very intense deep. Fresh fruity, light in aroma with hints of alcoholic sharpness. Round and floral. Intense, light, refreshing. Nice light aftertaste with fresh smooth yellow fruits. Fresh and nice but not too intense - but sessionable!

My last sake of the night so went with premium goodness. The pours looks like just like fresh spring water. Nose of melons and light rice. Extremely clean palate like drinking from fresh mountain spring. U also get honeydew, floral, grass, and rice. No alcohol presence, wonderful

720ml bottle. Clear with a yellow tint, slightly thick and oily looking. Fresh, fruity aroma with peaches, banana, and melon. Sweet, fruity flavor with rice, peach, melon, cinnamon, ash, and pepper. Rich and thick without being too heavy, though it is not at all light. Lots of grain character. Alcohol well noticeable. A bit of funkiness is in there too, possibly relating to the yamahai process. Tasty, spicy stuff.
