[ As Sibbarps Festbier ].Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, caramel, fruity malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, sweet hops, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170128] 6-3-7-3-13

330ml Bottle - Golden/light amber with a foamy head. Malty aroma with peach, sultanas and grass. Malty, grassy and slightly fruity taste with raisins, sultanas and hints of caramel.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy amber, majestic rocky head. Grassy, mildly fruity nose. Mid sweet with generous body and well rounded mouthfeel. Predominantly bready and fruity. Grass and turns to minerally somewhat resiny bitterness in the finish. Nice, rich malt profile. Quite harmonious. Great work!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark amber with a lacing, white head. Somewhat perfumy nose from the hops. Again extremely soft, smooth and pleasant on the palate, a little caramellish and a rustic, rich note from the rye. Ends bitter but not overly so. Very pleasant, but again this time a little cheap on the hops. 230217

Bottle 33 cl. Pours pale yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Grassy nose from central-European hops. Medium body, clean, grainy malts and again flowery hops leaving a distinct bitterness. Surprisingly clean and well done considering the brewery. 230217

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Citrus, grass and bread in the aroma. Crisp taste with lemon, lime and a faint hint of elderflower. Some bready notes and some slightly tart, yet not unpleasant, notes can be detected in the finish.

Flaska från SB. Mahognybrun, disig med lågt skum. Rejält kropp med maltigt nötiga smaker, fruktkaka, mjölkchoklad och kolasnittar, kryddig med lite barr och kåda och fruktig med framför allt syltad apelsin men också lite lättare fruktiga smaker av melon. Distinkt citrusbeska. Mycket trevlig välbalanserad och komplex med stor smakbild.
