Sibbarps Husbryggeri är ett mikrobryggeri från Limhamn i södra delen av Malmö. Bryggeriet startade 2012 som ett hobbyprojekt i garaget hos vår bryggmästare, Rolf Nilsson.
Sedan 2016 drivs Sibbarps Husbryggeri som ett familjeföretag i två generationer från vårt egna, professionella bryggeri.
Vi älskar att plocka upp klassiska öltyper, och göra våra egna moderniserade tolkningar av dem. Våra öl beskrivs ofta som välbalanserade. Vi anser att detta är ett resultat av ett bra hantverk samt att vi älskar malten (så ofta underskattad!), lika mycket som vi älskar humlen.

[ As Sibbarps Pale Ale ].
ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium to light amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, candy, sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet fruit, candy, fruity malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240425]

Bottle (from Systembolaget beställningssortiment). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, nectary and some mild fruity tones with a bit grassy tones. Flavour is nectary, floral, some fruity and mild earthy tones.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden with a small and creamy, off-white head. Sweet, biscuity malt aroma. Medium body, again biscuity more than anything else with subtle floral hops. Very subdued bitternes. But a fine drink indeed. I have a suspicion that this is the same beer as Sibbarps Oktoberfestbier. 060224
