Raspberry-based Fruit Beer by the owner of an organic farm & glamping site in Tržič, Slovenia, bottle courtesy of him. Pours hazy red with an orange hue and lasting, small, frothy, off-white, pinkish head; little lacing. Aroma of unripe raspberries, fried onion, paprika powder, green apple, grass, honey & peach. Light fruity sour onset balancing unripe raspberry, raspberry pits & faint green apple, a bit lemony; medium sweet middle with sweet onion, honey and a grassy bitter touch. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, wheaty, lingering tart raspberry. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Decent Fruit Beer with a 'rough' organic edge.

18 August 2018. Bottle from Organic Farm Slibar, glamping tasting. Cheers to Anke!
Pours clear amber with a big, lasting, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, green tea, 'bio' cough syrup, nettle, herbs, dough, perfumed touch. Medium malty sweet onset, caramelly, a bit fruity with a hint of honey; light herbal bitter middle, tea-like & somewhat yeasty. Dryish, shortish, herbal hoppy finish, more tea, spicy licorice & caramel, faint bread. Medium body, syrupy texture, fizzy carbonation. Good one, it does have this 'dirty' and 'bio' character -not necessarily a bad thing.

Newish Dunkler Bock in a range of the 'first organic beers' in Slovenia, brewed by the owner of an organic farm and glamping site in Tržič. Having spent two nights on the premises, I was able to buy the bottle directly from him and even have a quick viewing of the brewing spot - many thanks for that! This one pours clear amber with a dissipating, but lasting, small, frothy, off-white head; little lacing. Unusual but not uninviting aroma of ripe banana, candied orange, 'dark' honey, plum, apple cake, spicdes, 'bio' cough syrup, band aid. Medium malty sweet onset, quite caramelly with hints of cake & syrup, more fruity impressions of candied orange & plum; light herbal bitter middle, grassy & a bit spicy & phenolic even. Caramelly & spicy finish, slightly herbal hoppy, with a dash of warming gin-like alcohol. Medium body, syrupy texture, fizzy carbonation. I liked this one: not overly sweet, yet flavourful, with some 'organic' herbal & spicy impressions - whatever that means. Seeing that this is brewed in a tiny location by one man, I'd say well done!

Pours haxy coppery, topped with medium sized, lasting offwhite creamy head. Mild nose, malty biscuity and nutty feel, with dry fruits and quite some yeastiness and spices. Taste is strongly yeasty with strong spices. Gentle sweet back with lasting aftertaste. Medium body. Quite strong Belgian character. Not the best, neither what I like.

Heller, recht süßer Beginn. Noten von Käse, wenig Hefe, langweilig, unrund. 5/6/7/5/7/5

Bottle shared at jonas place. A slightly hazy amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of yeasty fruits, herbs, mild sweet malt, dough. Taste herbal fruits, yeast, reddish malt, boring!

Amber. Aroma is canned peach, cinnamon, lots of phenolic syrup, some mango. Taste is phneolic and full bodied sourness, sweetness. Very belgian but likeable.
