Description
Founded in 1875, the brewery boasted a yield of 1,700 koku in 1895, making it one of the top three in the prefecture. Although it temporarily closed due to the war, it continued to brew sake. A major change came in 1988, when Junichiro Aihara became president. Wanting to make sake that he himself would enjoy drinking, he thoroughly put "quality first" and transformed the brewery into a ginjo brewery.
