From the first three ales that Monkey Beer put out when they started, this is the one I liked best. It pours hazy dark amber with a thick rocky, off-white head. Aroma is grapefruit marmalede, toast, apricot and loquat. Taste is dry, fresh and quite bitterish. Nice but not above average.

Pale golden color with a white head with medium duration. Aroma has notes of wheat and yeast. Light citrus in the flacor with mild wheaty notes, banana and coriander. Yeasty final with citrus hints.

Brown color with a high carbonation, off white head with good retention. Aroma has light toasted notes. Flavor is slightly sweet with toasted hints. Bready final.

Tasted from the tap on the 14/06/2015. Pours black opaque colour sith a decent retention of beige head. Aroma of roasted malts and some yeast. Taste is intense roasted malts. Sweet and dry finish. Next one please!

Bottle as "Monkey Mamba Negra". Dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel, hop and a little grapefruit. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, medium sweet, hop, caramel, little grapefruit and medium bitter.
