Bottle at Ante, Newtown. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of rice, fruit, zesty hint. Taste is sweetish, rice, rice, fruity, caramel, butterscotch with some alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied,low carbonation, drying caramel & boozy at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at Ante, Newtown. Clear pale gold colour, no head and aroma of rice, savoury note. Taste is rice, dried meats, unami, salt with some booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonaton, drying meaty salty finish. Nicely drinkable.
