Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear very pale yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, cooked rice and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 230719

100ml bottle. Clear very pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of rice, melon. Taste is rice, caramel, melon, boozy, grassy. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, earthy warming finish. Nicely drinkable sake.
