Description
Our mission is to brew the finest ales in the Northeast. We want to make sure that our beers are approachable to people just starting in the craft beer world, yet with enough complexity for the beer geek. Our goal is to brew several year round beers with a diverse lineup of seasonal and one time beers.

We are a 20 barrel brewery located in Mount Holly, NJ. We can (in house canning line) and keg For distribution in central/south NJ. Look for us in quality bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
We also have a tasting room to try our year round beers, seasonals, and tasting room only exclusives.

Draft - Vanilla and raisin. Jet black with a nice light brown head. Oatmeal, raisin and vanilla. Tastes just like you would expect, which is nice. Unfortunately I get the same bitterness in the finish that I get in all the beers, that I personally find distracting. Otherwise pretty good.

Draft -sweet caramel and grapefruit hops, clear gold with a nice creamy white head. Sweet caramel and tropical fruit with a bit of a harsh bitterness in the finish. Good until the end.

Draft - Earthy and light citrus hops. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Citrus and bit or dry bitterness. Nothing exciting but decent.

Growler - Grapefruit and light peach notes. Hazy gold with floaties and white head. Sweet peachy fruit and lots of peel with some bitterness on the end. The bitterness in the finish is a bit overboard for me.

Pours rther clear blonde/ amber . Smell is pretty peachy alright . Taste is Peach , bitter , bit soapy though . Some nice hoparoma background . Too fruity for my taste ..

pours black , clear brown glow . no real head . smell is sour-ish , coockiedaugh . Taste is bit bitter , coockies , chocolate. Bit peppery in the back almost ( not sure if actual peppers were used ? ) Rather thin mouthfeel .

From tap. Pours deep amber with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and pine hoppy. Toasted malty and fruity hoppy. Dry and bitter. Lasting dry hoppy finish.
