Description
Our mission is to brew the finest ales in the Northeast. We want to make sure that our beers are approachable to people just starting in the craft beer world, yet with enough complexity for the beer geek. Our goal is to brew several year round beers with a diverse lineup of seasonal and one time beers.
We are a 20 barrel brewery located in Mount Holly, NJ. We can (in house canning line) and keg For distribution in central/south NJ. Look for us in quality bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
We also have a tasting room to try our year round beers, seasonals, and tasting room only exclusives.

On tap at Goodnight Irene’s in Wildwood, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Cloudy peach colored pour. Creamy beige head. Sweet citrus aroma hints at tangerine and stone fruit. Flavor is bittersweet citrus with notes of grapefruit and pine. Creamy mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Bitter peppery finish.

12oz can. The cherry is mild, but smooths it out some. The aroma is quite unenjoyable, harsh aspirin, muted canned cherry. Drinkable, but certainly not that impressive for the style.

On tap at Central Jersey Beer Festival in West Windsor, New Jersey. Lemon gold pour. Small bubbly white head. Faint citrus nose. Soft, light malt flavor with a hint of citrus on the palate. Some lemon and pineapple. Brief dry finish.

On tap at IrishMusic Festival at AOH in Hamilton, New Jersey. Barely translucent dark brown color topped by a creamy beige cap. Sweet roasted malt aroma has a hint of chocolate and coffee. Flavor follows nose. Roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Creamy mouthfeel. Tasty.

Taster at brewery. Hazy pale golden pour with a light foamy head. Aroma is light ctrus peel. Taste is more fruity, citrus flavors, a bit subdued and light on the palate. This is nice session beer.
