(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and acidic wheat-malty nose with banana-fruity esters and light clovy notes in the background. Moderately sweet flavour with a light acidic touch, light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Good wheat-character with banana; moderately dry, slightly sweet and light sourish fruity finish with clovy spice. Slim but quite rounded and not too sweet Weizen.

Bottled
Pale golden color, small white head. Grassy, maybe a bit yeasty aroma. Grassy hoppy standard bock, some extra crisp bite is in it. Flavor is also someway sweetish.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a short foamy diminishing white head. Sweet malty, slightly worty, yeasty aroma with faint hints of hops. Sweet flavour, light body, quite low on carbon. Yeasty and wort-malty taste; sweetbitter malty and slightly hoppy finish. Smells and tastes rather unfinished as if it has been bottled too early. Still drinkable Zwickelbier, but unsatisfying. Have to get it on tap at the brew pub next time.

A pale yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma has light notes of citrus and malt. The flavor is dry malty with a goo bitter hops, giving it a refreshing citrusy note. But the body is thin.

A light yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is dry metallic combined with notes of straw, while the flavor is sweet with notes of straw and citrus, leading to a dry bitter hoppy end. A very refreshing beer, though the aroma is a drawback.
