A light yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is dry metallic combined with notes of straw, while the flavor is sweet with notes of straw and citrus, leading to a dry bitter hoppy end. A very refreshing beer, though the aroma is a drawback.

Bottle: Golden coloured, bigger rocky off-white head, slowly diminishing; malt, lemon and herbal hops in the aroma with a tinge of yeast; moderate bitter flavour, quite dry, light to medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel; lingering bitter-aromatic finish. O.K., spicy, tasty..........

(bottle) Clear yellow colour with a foamy white medium head. Cake dough aroma with floral hops. Slight sweet flavour, initially malty and doughy with a shy note of citrus towards the finish and in the aftertaste. Only light bitter finish, dense floral hops, light to medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Low key Pilsener, which is pretty drinkable.

Bottle (from the Landbierparadies): Clear, pale golden coloured, small, fluffy white head, sticking to the glass; sweet malts, some floral hoppiness, but also cardboard in the nose; quite dry, malty, thinnish start; moderate bitter flavour; light bodied to watery; a bit longer lasting hoppy, but quite thin finish; not unpleasant, but really no great stuff (by franconian standards)..................

Wässrig herber Start mit weichen Getreidenoten. Helles Malz, herb bleibend.

Served in Stein ; small, just off-white head. Herbal, slightly earthy nose, faint but inviting malts. Malty flavour, coloured and pale malts alike. Finish more bitter, some bitterhops, but not much. Just "not-light" body, some quite malt induced bite in the MF. Nice Kellerbier - this one was bottled and still very good, standing up to draught ones.

Hazy yellow, small creamy white head. Fruity lemony hoppy nose. Medium to light bodied. Refreshing summer drink: good hopping, less to give on malt side. Quite good example of landbier style.

Hazy pale yellow, lively carbonation, tight cloudy small head. Strong banana-caramelly aroma. Carbonated mouthfeel. Light sour milk flavor but also some sweetish banana. An average hefeweizen.
