Draft at the brewpub. As Cucumber Blessings Cream Ale. Clear gold. Lighter white head. Fresh, clean cucumber aroma. Bright, fruity flavor. Very bright, clean, and refreshing. Makes total sense as as self described lawnmower beer.

Tap at Tap and Mallet Dark brown/ black color with a wisp of a bubbly off white head. Rich toasty light caramel with plenty of dark dried fruits and a touch of smoke. Pretty tasty scotch ale.

Tap at Tap and Mallet Rochester Slightly hazy orange amber color with a stingy white head. Fruity apricot and lots of resinous earthy pine. Faint bready maltiness underneath. Nice IPA

Very cloudy, milky a little yellow. Smells like cucumbers like straight up cucumbers. It also tastes like cucumbers. I can’t say much else about this one.

Aroma has tropical hops and floral notes. Some strong sweetness comes through with the bitterness. This is a plenty solid beer, just not a top notch example of what it is trying to be.

Dark brown colored beer with a brown head. I was pretty impressed by this one overall. Lots of malt flavors, good hop presence as well. Fairly complex and tasty. Also, big fan of the name.

Location: Sampled at TapNY, 4/26/14
Aroma: The aroma was light hops, with some rye bread and spice notes
Appearance: This one pours an amber color with an off-white head and decent lace
Flavor: The taste is mid-malty, hops are fairly light, some rye/spice, and a buttery finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a decent mouthfeel, and a slightly off finish
Overall Impression: This wasn't a favorite of mine. I thought the nose was nice enough, but beyond the aroma, it came off as slightly flawed, with some buttery notes and some other components that just didn't quite work.
