Bottle: Golden, cloudy, small to medium-sized fluffy white head, that slowly collapses; dryish flavour of bananas, combined with traces dusty wheat and yeast; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; a light tartness in the sourish-wheaty finish. Not unpleasant, but quite unimpressive........

Bottle: Deep chestnut-amber coloured, small persistent off-white head; sweet (dark?-) malty or slightly caramelly nose with a very faint barnyardy touch; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied but smooth; slightly increasing bitterness in the -mainly - caramelly finish. An inoffensive, but still pleasant brew........

The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass is fine turbid, nice head. Starts quite strong-yeasty, notes of banana. Finish modest sourish, that makes the beer interesting. Very drinkable and good hefeweizen!

Malzig-herber Antrunk, mittel-intensiv. Im Mittelteil würziger werdend, etwas scharf. Das Malz wird deutlich aromatischer und lässt so den relativ laschen Antrunk wie einen Ausrutscher wirken. Ein süßer Ton stößt hinzu und sorgt für hohe Süffigkeit, die Würzigkeit nimmt leicht ab. Der relativ aromatische Mittelteil gegt nun in den Abgang über, hier wird die Harmonie durch schnelles Absacken der Aromen zerstört. Die etwas rauchige Malzigkeit schafft es aber, dass der Abgang denoch angenehm bleibt. Nicht schlecht! Test vom 10.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,9,9,8,9 - 8,85
