BB 01.02.2026. dark brown color, medium big off-white head. smells toffee, spices, earthy, light chocolate, tobacco, light sulphur. decent smell. medium to full body pearly carbonation. tastes berry notes, earthy, toffee, spices, soapy, light off notes, caramel, tobacco. finishes soapy and lightly bitter with notes of berry notes, toffee and some spices. interesting one, interesting flavour combination, unfortunatly has some light off notes, flavours are a bit all over the place. Would categorize this as a Polotmavy.

BB 01.02.2026. yellow cloudy color, medium big white head. smells bit smoky, sausage, spices, citric, earthy, nice smell. full body soapy carbonation. tastes citric, soapy, bit flowery earthy, spices, hints of smoke, light sausage, bit leathery, peppery. finishes lightly dry, light bitter and soapy from the carbonation with notes of citrus, some spices and very light smoke. Overall good one, do not get any elderflowers though. Taste is a bit one dimensional, with citrus and subtle flowery notes. Overall drinkable.

BB 01.04.2026. yellow cloudy color, medium big white head. smells earthy, grassy, spices, pines, leathery, citric, lime, some washcloth, grapefruit. light body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, peppery, leathery, tobacco, mango, spices, grapefruit, bit yeasty. finishes dry and medium bitter with notes of pepper, earthy and grapefruit notes. interesting one, rather intense / strong on the bitter side, I would call it old school bitter (compared to all that NE pastry stuff). Pretty good one, I had some light off notes at first, but they are mostly overshaddowed by all that grapefruit notes.
