330 ml bottle at Hotel Hauser, St. Moritz, Switzerland. Pours a cloudy gold color with a white head and decent retention. Scattered lacing. Standard pale lager aroma. Tastes like a mix of a Helles and a wheat ale. Medium body. Light, soft carbonation. Not bitter. Decent, but not as good as the other Helles lagers here.

Dark amber color, hazy, with small head. Light aroma of malt and caramel; too light, but not bad. The flavor profile is very simple, there is a trace of caramel, with light residual sweetness; that’s not enough. The bitterness level is rather low, and there is a nutty trace in the final.
Too simple.

Hazy orange-golden color, small head. Mellow aroma of cereals and honey; could mean good or bad… Dry mouthfeel, cereal and honey flavor, correct bitterness, it almost has a grassy final.
Pleasant.

Cloudy amber color with generous head. Simple aroma, just reminds me of many continental lagers, undefined malt and yeast. Dry mouthfeel, I also guess that it refermented a bit in the bottle; simple flavor, but with a light bread touch; moderate bitterness.
Simple beer, inoffensive; it’s in line with the classic production of Eastern Switzerland.
