hazy golden to orange colour, large, dense ecru head, which, however collapses quite quickly; aroma of grains, yeasts, rotten vegetables, slight sauerkraut and hints of floral notes; taste also has this rotten-acetic-sauerkraut-like dominance...well, I don't know if it is really intentional, but so far I have not really experienced any brewing-related quality issues with the beers brewed by/at Docteur Gab's, so I assume so...anyhow, it is definitely not my cup of tea

dark ruby colour, huge, dense pink-ish ruby head which lasts for several minutes; aroma and taste of raspberry, sour blackberry, lemony, slight acetic acidy and salty notes; really refreshing
