deep dark brown to mahogany colour with ruby hue, half inch of dense and quite stable beige head; aroma and taste of roasted nutty, rye bready, liquorice, some anise, barrels, dark chocolate, coffee and alcoholic notes; well, I would not say that it is completely wrong...but I would never call it a masterpiece either...

In my opinion, it is a regular stout. Roasted malt, hop, touch of coffee and sweetness coming from the wheat or another cereal, yeast, 23.05.16, purchased at one market, Chauderon, drinking it at Prélaz.
