Dark brown and murky with a thin, off-white head. The highly interesting aroma is a mix of prunes, toffee and soy sauce. Taste is bittersweet with a hint of tart cherry at the finish. Full-bodied, mild carbonation. Pleasant sipping.

hazy pale yellow colour, huge, not too dense white head, which however lasts for several minutes; aroma of grape peel and juice, some pear, apple peel, slight earthy and yeasty notes; taste is similar to the aroma with some bread crust ahoppy bitterness; quite good one!

Weiss nicht, crisp war es nicht, eher Englisch kohlensäurearm. Aber schöne, sanfte Bitterkeit. Insgesamt etwas zu dünn.

hazy golden to orange colour, large, dense ecru head, which, however collapses quite quickly; aroma of grains, yeasts, rotten vegetables, slight sauerkraut and hints of floral notes; taste also has this rotten-acetic-sauerkraut-like dominance...well, I don't know if it is really intentional, but so far I have not really experienced any brewing-related quality issues with the beers brewed by/at Docteur Gab's, so I assume so...anyhow, it is definitely not my cup of tea
