0.33 l bottle from 'Drinks of the World' (Basel), best before November 2026. Hazy, dark ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of molasses, raisins and figs. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity taste of caramel, molasses, raisins, figs and traces of lovage, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty, well-brewed ale.

An interesting session ipa, the aromas are a bit short in the mouth but I enjoyed it with the family, lovely weather and good beer that's the way of life, interesting touch of oat giving a dry and mineral sidd, dry malt, tropical and floral hop or hops, 24.04.21, at Lutry beach, in family.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of flowers, mild citrusy hops, pale malt. Taste of mild juicy hops, stone fruits, citrus. Long bitter finish.

Drinking it yesterday in the M2 with my wife, coming back from les Mosses and Mon Repos. A classical helles, nothing special, make the job to be refresh on the German way with a hint of fruity hop, bitter and a bit citrus, dry malt, mineral, my wife bought it for me at the coop Caroline.

The first impression was bad but after some sips, it was ok, soily IPA, side of hay, tough at the palate, side of peach, mineral bitterness, 31.03.19 buying it at the ex Boissons Service Malley, tasting it at Epalinges.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Getreidig hopfig, minimale Bitterkeit, wenig würzig. Der Hopfen wird ein wenig später, angenehme Herbe, eher trocken. Kurzer Abgang, ok. 10/8/8/9/9/8

Drinking this beer the 30th of december. Enjoying the final of the year 2024. As usual and for me, I find this ipa, tasty and good, rather dry and mineral, full aroma of tropical fruits, bitter, citrus, dry malt, aromatic and floral, 30.12.24, one of our classic ipa, easy to find in Switzeeland, commercial but it is still a good one.

In my opinion, it is not the best beer from this brewery. The taste is malty and there is a side of corn, hop, a bit watery and heavy, 04.08.16, buying it at one coop, drinking it at home, Prélaz, Lausanne.

Interesting sour beer, pleasant at the palate, sour and fruity, side of barrel, a bit watery, tart, side of chasselas, sparkling, 12.04.2019, drinking it at Epalinges, buying it at the ex Boissons Service Prilly.
