I was expecting a beer with more cinamon, cloves. Even though, it is a regular bitter, the color is nice, bitter, a bit watery, easy to drink, 11.11.2016, buying it in one market, at Chauderon, drinking it at home Prélaz, Lausanne. Loving this beer with a wind of autumn.

As usual, it is a solid tripel, tasty, malty, really sweet, sugar, some hop, beautifuk yeast through the body, classical one. 09.07.2017, drinking it with Alex, at the marchand de Sables, Carouge (GE), hot day and at night this beer was ok.

Thanks Raoul for this beer, best before 11/23, not a big fan of smocked beer and this one was for me just great, subtle, well balanced, perfect union between smocked malt and barrel aged porto, fruity, red grapes, smooth, normal bitterness. 11.07.24

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato e dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano sentori di miele, nocciola, frutta secca, cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba, agrumi e spezie.

Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle, picked up in Switzerland on my 6 country road trip. Poured at home in Jersey. It's caramel colour with a small white head. Aromas & tastes of orange, banana, caramel, herbs, spices, yeast & malt. Moderate body. Smooth finish

Buying this bottle yesterday at Nicolas, Geneva Airport, after to pick up my wife coming from Sevilla. Good and tasty free beer, brewed on the ipa way, really juicy, generous grapefruity note, citrus, tropical, bitter and citrus, drinking on the train between Geneva Airport and Lausanne

0.33l bottle from a set in coop. pours a hazy pale yellow with a big frothy head. aroma of spruce and pineapple. flavour of spruce, grapefruit, lime zest, green tea, matcha. light and fruity, not sweet but not too dry either, balanced.
