The Pépite is a highly fermented golden blond beer. Light in alcohol content, yet it has a soft and balanced body. As it is heavily hopped, the beer has a pleasant bitterness in addition to a fruity, herbal aroma. Ideal as an aperitif or to cool off in the evening, the Pépite is truly an everyday beer, or close to it!

In my opinion, it is not the best beer from this brewery. The taste is malty and there is a side of corn, hop, a bit watery and heavy, 04.08.16, buying it at one coop, drinking it at home, Prélaz, Lausanne.

Labeled as gluten free. If true then props. Pours a lightly hazy gold with some sticky, white head. Nose is fairly straight forward, grass and some light grapefruit, malt and a little honey. Flavor is decent enough and has all these. Finished medium bodied, lightly bitter. Didn't mind this.

Ein schnuckliges, helles PA für den kleinen Durst. Sehr sanft und leicht, Doktor Hopfen kitzelt aber angenehm den Gaumen!
