(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Typical cooked carrots-like veggie aroma with grainy malty notes but a very restrained weaty touch. Moderately sweet flavour, slim bodied with a slightly spritzy carbonation. Taste of brewing mash with grainy and veggie notes; sweet and mashy finish with a sticky aftertaste. Moderately sour and sweet flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Shy wheat-character with notes of grapefruits, bitter lemon and soda; sourish fruity and slightly tart finish. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Sourish citrus-fruity and slightly malty taste; sour and slightly sweet fruit-accented and slightly tart finish. Quite bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty spicy malty taste with present herbal hops and a slightly harsh bitterness towards the finish. Nevertheless a likeable Zwickel-Pils. 26.VIII.11
