Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts intense yeasty, strong, fine fruity like banana, notes of dried fruits. Finish a bit woody, still strong-yeasty. Nice!

The bottle looks good. The beer in the glass also. Tastes like banana and is is for a hefweizen really dry. But not bad, I’d drink it again.

Bottle: Pale golden, hazy, stable mid-sized head, sweet worty-bready nose with a distinctive dash of sweet pale malt; light bodied , soft, sweetish flavour with certain bitter traces.Slightly lingering sweetish-bitterish finish. No wheat detectable, but still better than Erdinger…

Nett! 7/7/8/7/3/7

33cl bottle. 4.7% alcohol on the label. Golden beer with white head, moderate lasting. Aroma is malty and slightly corny. Flavour is slightly bittery, with corn hints and a final clean but short. Carbonation is medium. Body is light.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pale yellow, with a very small white head. Watery and light, sopay, corn, faint malta and hops. Crap.

Purchased a 33 cl. bottle for pure novelty value @ a night shop & proceeded to drink it straight out the bottle as Homer Simpson would have – I don’t think that the man owns a snifter. No knowledge of smell or appearance although the bottle does look cartoonly surreal. Taste is grain, corn, grass, hay with some grain/corn sweetness to it, typical bitterness in the finish & cardboard, definitely more carbonated than averagely. Pretty much what you would expect it to be, it is bad but it is also a novelty. Only I always expected Duff to be Budweiser and this is different from Bud so…

Yes, I love the Simpsons, so as a gimmick I surely had to dry this beer. Pale yellow colour, white, not too firm, head. Aroma malty and grainy, Flavour malty and somewhat sweet. Drinkable session beer, surely suitable for all Homers and Barneys.

17/11/2011 50cl bottle @ home - BB: 28/2/12 (2011-646) Thanks to Vince for the bottle!

Pretty cloudy dark muddy brown beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: banana, caramel, splash of citrus, more ripe banana on warming up. MF: low carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: bit sour start, lots of banana, some nuts, bit sweet, more banana. Aftertaste: slightly metallic, and you'll never guess: banana. Slight hop bitterness too.
