Old rating from 2017, 330ml bottle picked up in Phaffikon at a small bottle shop I came across on my 6 country road trip. Poured at home in Jersey, it's dark brown with a beige head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, chocolate, nuts, grain, bread & roasted malts. Medium body. Dry roasted finish

almost black colour, one inch of creamy beige head; aroma of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, blueberry jam, dairy cream, cappuccino and some cherry notes; taste is the same with some burnt bitterness; good one

Bottled. Ambery brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, alcohol, spices, syrup and burnt sugar. Flavour is ginger, some spices, mild toffee, burnt sugar and syrup with some toast too.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, some toffee and mild nectary notes. Flavour is nectar, some sweet malts, herbs and mild tropical fruity notes. Aroma was very nice.

hazy golden to orange colour, medium sized creamy yellowish ecru head; aroma of intensive piney, grapefruity, and orange peel oils, some grape and minimal pear notes; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; really good IPA
