Sampled from the tap at ABR 2017. Pours black with a chocolate brown head atet dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of dark grains and roasted malts with a bit of boozy bourbon and soy sauce. Flavor has a combination of dark grains, roasted malts and soy sauce with a hint of bourbon backing.

All Pints North 2017. I had not heard of this brewery but this beer is an impressive beginning. Black of course. Some soy sauce, complexity, sweet, raisin, red wine, some prunes, and more soy sauce and moderate roasted grain with sugar in the flavor. Good palate. A brewery to watch.
