Sample at Bridge Tap House & Wine Bar. Cloudy orange-gold color with a medium white head that recedes slowly to a film. Patches of lacing on the glass. Grainy malt, bananas and wheat in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of bready malt, cloves and bananas. The finish is malty up front with banana esters in the aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pour is a black with a large tan head. Aroma is a nice pumpkin pie spice. Flavor is a decent roasted malt with some cinnamon and nutmeg. Finish has some vanilla and roast with pumpkin pie spice. The pumpkin is not as in your face as some pumpkin beers but this is still tasty with a nice malt profile along with a follow up pumpkin pie spices.

OT-M BIF bottle from sethdude. Pours hazy light amber with a slight beige head. Aroma is hoppy, but not burning the nose, tho clearly there’s a lot of hop. Full bodied. Flavor is a light caramel with enough hop to start a burn immediately. Lots of hop. Earthy. Floral. Resin. Not getting citrus. Lots of hop. Kind of complex. Pretty dry. Pretty hoppy. Bitter, but not killing NW so. I do think this might embalm tissues it comes in contact with. Killer brew.

Hazy honey-amber with a tall, light tan head. Apricot aroma, sweet. Taste is malty, creamy, aoricot and a little caramel. Herbal, grassy bittering. Well hidden ABV... Nice.

Bottle. Pour is a clear copper with a nice head and aromas of grain, caramel and smooth citrusy hops. Not a lot of hop punch to the nose, but it comes through interestingly in the flavor. It is sweet, but doesn’t have a syrupy mouthfeel, which allows the orange and other citrus hop flavors to come through. Almost a pineapple and tangerine edge to it.

Deep, honey/brass/gold with a frothy beige head. Aroma is smoky, sweet wood, mild coffee bean, roast. Wheat, subtle banana, light coffee flavor. Citrusy, earthy. Interesting blend of styles....very tasty. Enjoyed this one.

Nearly clear, amber with a large tan head. Scent is old wood, nuts, malt, banana peel. Flavour is slightly bitter/tangy/herbal/nutty...... Nut flavor is sharp to bitter leaning. Strong woodiness, almost tart, oily, solvent... Just didn’t work well for me.

Bottle (Reverence series #2). Pours with a moderately hazy yellow hued body with a large and fluffy white head. Great lace. Tight bubble grouping, good retention and lace. Aromas of earthy and almost a bit husky phenol. Typical 4VG, bready and wheat like malt. Very dry aroma. Some isoamyl acetate. Really an underripe banana/plantain nose. Almost some ceylon cinnamon. Grassy. Quite dry for a hefe, big bready malt, lots of bubblegum, mild isoamyl, mild 4vg. Very dry, missing some of the body of fresher classical examples. Quite drinkable though. Balance is slightly towards phenol with a good deal of malt. Nice. Lively carbonation, medium body, light acidity.

Bottle (marked 438 of 1500). Pours with a mostly clear golden hue with a large fluffy eggshell hued head. Good lace, decent retention. Aromas are of floral and fruity noble like hops, nutty, bready and toasty. Rich pils like malt profile. Grassy. Clean, light sulfur, light chlorophyll. Smells very tasty. Flavors have a smooth malty richness, toasty, bready, pils like. Mildly grainy. Very clean, slightly sweet malt perception, medium dry finish. Quite crisp. Light herbal and grassy notes. Somewhat firm bitterness but a neutral balance. Medium to low body with moderate carbonation. Checks the right boxes. An idyllically drinkable lager with huge hop aroma and a soft malt balance.

Bottle. Pours with a clear yellow golden hued body with a large fluffy white head. Aromas are of baked bread, toast, malt, straw. Mildly grassy with some hop aroma (noble, grassy, spicy mostly. Flavors are delicate, malty, bready, clean, hoppy, grassy. Very, very clean, light minerality. A touch of ripe apple. Very tasty. Lightly grassy, smooth malt. Medium carbonation dry mouthfeel, lower body. Good!
