500 ml can. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. A light nose of dough some light fruit. The flavor is crisp, light hops, big bready dough, some caramel, yeasty. Very good. Crisp and flavorful. I could drink a ton of this.

Bottle (no freshness date indicated), but marked as Revolution Series 3. Pours with a very hazy orange hued body with a medium sized, just barely off-white head with decent retention and good lace. Aromas are of sticky citrus, pine, slightly noble, earthy and spicy. Not exactly your typical west coast DIPA hop profile, but not horrible either. Reasonably fresh smelling. Mild ester, lightly biscuity and cracker like malt profile. Flavors are medium bitter and grassy. A nicely warming, bready and biscuity mouthfeel. A touch more yeasty than I would like (both in flavor and in appearance). Relatively clean fermentation profile, crisp finish. Hop flavor shows a lot of sterling (which I like), mild citrus, noble spicy and earthy characters. Bitterness lingers a bit more than I would like. Not a bad beer at all, well made, but not exactly my favorite hop profile for a big hop bomb of a beer.

,5L bottle. Aroma: sweet and sweaty yeastiness, fruit yeastiness, light musk, moderate esters. Bourbon barrel aging melds nicely into the aforementioned elements. The wheat yeast and bourbon come off a bit oud bruin like. Flavor: woody and bourbon fruit esters having an orgy. A bit of musk and light woody burn at the back of the throat. Pretty cool but weird combo going on here.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is typical wit. Wheat malt and coriander and the main things that stand out. Flavor is again wheat, coriander and clove. Body is way thin though. Not as chewy as some wit can be. Still this is in the decent category. Everything you look for in a wit but maybe a little too watery.

Bottle. Lactic barley malt and hay aroma. Hazy medium yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet lemon barley malt and moderately bitter herbal/hay flavor. Pretty good.

Hazy yellow with a short, off-white head. Lemon and wheat aroma with a subtle hint of smokiness. Taste is wheat, malt, a little cream o’ wheat nuance. Pretty good.

Bottle share at DLD. Nice solid barley malt aroma. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Barley malt and light lemony flavor. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Overall, very clean and crisp.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice grassy hop with some dry cracker malts. Flavor is a super clean almost pils malt with more of the grassy/floral hops. FInish is again clean and fleeting. This was a fine well made lager. Very tasty and shows you in the right hands a lager can be considered craft beer. Definatly a high rated lager.
