16oz can pours a hazy amber, creamy off white head. Nose is pretty spot on, malty, bread crust, some Heirloom corn and a little dark honey. Flavors all follow. Yummy and well made. Just off dry. Medium bodied.

Pint looks the part. Clear burnt orange amber with some nice white head. Nose has bread dough and malt and light nuts. Flavor is bready and nutty. A bit watery, but overall fairly well executed.

Pint at the brewery pours a straw gold, very light haze, ring of white head. Nose is mild but not off putting. Light straw and grist. Some light citrus, dried herbs too. Flavor is malt and lime and sweet grapefruit and some light tropicals. Watery finish. Not bad beer, just not a hazy.

Pint at the brewery is a rootbeer brown, some haze, ring of off white head. Nose is nutty, oaty, some carob, dark bread. Flavors all follow. More toast but oats here. Medium bodied and basically dry. Well made.
