Sampled from the tap at ABR 2017. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of earthy grain and bread with a hint of straw. Flavor has lots of earthy grains, musty bread and a touch of hay.

Sampled from the tap at All Pints North 2017. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grain and straw with a bit of cookie and grass backing. Flavor is similar with sweet grains and cookie supported by grass and straw.

Sample at a festival. They described it as a "lightly smoked" beer. That description is apt. I wish it had more smoke. Palate is a little thin and I am not sure if this is an ale or a lager. Some dry malt flavor. More smoke would have been good.

4 oz sample size.gold color that is not quite clear, and no head, but they did a good job with the flavor. Banana, clove, medium sweet. Carbonation is a little low. Decent beer.

4 oz sample. Light yellow color. Good apple flavor and aroma with a medium bodied beer base. Aroma has fresh apple, real apple flavor and yeast also. This is better than the cider i had a few minutes ago. Think of New Glarus Apple Ale, but not that good, yet.

4 oz sample. First tasted with no syrup. Surprisingly dry and lacking i flavor, and sadly not sour at all. Cereal grain, disappointing. With the woodruff syrup, it takes on a nice green color. The sweetness from the syrup improves the flavor considerably. Overall this is disappointing. It needs to be sour.

Clear gold color. Sweet with lots of honey in the flavor. Goos ,spritzy palate. Not crazy about the aroma, that smells a little like overripe apple.
