On tap at Kontynuacja, Wroclaw. Hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma and taste of hops, citrus, some hay and malt. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 06/04/17. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent beige cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, light pine needle, dank hint. Taste comprises grapefruit, orange pith, grassy bite, light dank edge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with slightly astringent hop bitterness. Middle of the road IPA.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 06/04/17. Black with a well presented tan cap. Nose is big on coffee grinds, toffee crisp, charr, chocolate, light spice. Taste comprises bitter sweet roast, coffee cake, dried fruits, cocoa sprinkle, light charr, brown sugar melt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. A really solid coffee stout.

On tap at Targowa, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of lactose and coffee upfront. Flavour follows accordingly, with lactose, coffee and toasted malt. Light body, with lots of lactose sugars lingering on the finish. I don't quite understand the high ratings, but it's definitely a good stout.

Ciemna barwa, piana gęsta beżowa opada do obrączki. W aromacie wyczuwalna kawa oraz kakao. W smaku również wyczuwalna kawa oraz kakao do tego dochodzi lekko popiołowa goryczka. Pełnia na dobrym poziomie co przy sweet stoucie jest wyraźnie zaletą.

Barwa brunatna, kakaowa piana. Aromat wedzony w kierunku palonych kabli. Wodniste, lekko palone. Chilli daje radę, bardzo fajny, ostry posmak. Przez chwile piecze w gardle ale nie jest to uciazliwe jak w przypadku innych piw z ta przyprawą.

Bottle from Janina. Thanks! Moderate coffee throughout, does not combine very well with other characteristics of this beer - that is hops centered, moderately bitter, rather thin bodied with malt in the background, citrusy zesty hoppiness. Overall good, but I do not fancy the roasted-hoppy contrast in this beer.
