Thanks omhper! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is pears, some stinging ammoniak at first, mild grainy and herbal tones. Flavour is xylitol, lemongrass and mild herbal and grassy tones. Meh.

Can at the studio in Gabrovo - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours mostly clear copper-amber with a creamy, off-white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of bready malts, faintly toasted grains, a little caramel, festive ambiance on account of the cloves. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. OK balance to finish. Not bad, had a kind of old-school US brewpub vibe about it.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours murky orange with a creamy topping. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of semi-ripe citrus, orange and tangerine, slight piney bitterness, ample pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. OK balance to finish, fruity, citrusy, lightly moreish, subtly bitter.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from 100 Beers. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Light sweet flavour, super floral, fairly dry, some pine. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Bitter finish, almost a little harsh, more strong pine, flowers, dandelion, perhaps juniper. The juniper doesn’t really enhance the beer and may actually detract from it.
