Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2013. Copper coloured with a slight haze. Loose white head. Aroma is toffee apple dried fruit and some higher alcohols. Flavour is fruity English yeast esters hedgerow and slight tanin. Mid sweet finish. Low carb. All the hallmarks of an out of control ferment.
