Bottle from Better Foods, Bristol. Slightly hazy gold in colour with a few wisps of sediment. Light apple juice aroma with some wood and cheese. Flavour of tang fruit, with a hint of spice and dry finish. Drinkable.

Bottle from an off-licence in Lyme Regis. Pale, yellowy green in colour with slight carbonation. Very light, clean apple juice aroma. Flavour had more apples with a touch of sweetness and medium finish. Very clean all round, more like an apple juice - probably due to the watering down of the base cider with spring water and unfermented juice. Reminded me of the cider in Hops & Barley, Berlin. Fine.
