Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head. Grain, caramel, bread and alcohol. Sweet. Medium bodied. Touch of prickly alcohol.

Bottle, as Winterfestbier. A small, off-white head forms over a clear, light amber colored body. The aroma has a distinct candy touch, with some caramel and fruityness. The flavor is equally candy-ish, but with enough bitterness to bring balance. Pale malts and some caramel hints too. Medium body, dry. Nice bitterness in the end, but there’s also some metallic notes I don’t like. Well, not much of a winter beer in my book, but decent anyway. 120217

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, honey, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, dusty hops, malt, and caramel, leading to to a bitter finish.

Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 170212

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, notes of almonds and hops.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Sweet banana aroma with a heavy yeastiness. Medium body, again sweet banana, cloves, yeast and some fairly friendly phenols. Dryish finish. 170212

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat and bananas. The flavor is sweet with notes of bananas, wheat, and straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, yeast and banana. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, medium sweet, banana, clove, little citrus and a tiny bit bitter.
