(swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and slowly lacing off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly bready cara-malty aroma with a whiff of herbal hops and very subtle fruity notes. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Hearty malty base with shy notes of caramel, nuts and smoke/ashes, accompanied by herbal accents; medium-dry, sweet-bitter and slightly cara-malty finish with a light hoppy presence. bottle, mit Dank an joss! Clear deep golden colour with an amber glow, large white head. Full-bodied, intensively malty with a shy but aromatic hoppy touch. Well-crafted, delicious beer.

Bügelverschlußflasche (thanx to joss!): Deep golden, big lacing fluffy white head; moderate malty and hoppy nose with a light mineralic and toasty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft and medium bodied; a tinge of honey in the malty and hoppy finish. A nice and well balanced brew.....

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thick tan head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of malt, bread, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet and very malty with strong notes of caramel and bread as well as light notes of alcohol and metal, leading to a dry alcoholic and caramel finish.

Slightly yeasty, moderately sweet and ashy toast-malty aroma with a present wheat-character, accompanied by notes of berries, banana and traces of cacao. Slightly sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly toasted malty taste with notes of wheat, banana and traces of caramel and cloves; fruity, slightly toasty and clove-spicy finish. 02.XII.09

Bottle: Almost clear, big stable beaten-egg-white-like off-white head; moderate fruity-sourish and caramelly-toasty nose with a light yeasty-wheaty touch; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; finishes as it begins: sourish-fruity and caramelly. Good Dunkel-Weizen......

Bügelverschlussflasche, delivered by pivnizub! Hazy golden colour with a large, but quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of malt, fruit and strawberries. Malty, slightly sour in a fruity way with flavours of honey and strawberry.

Bottle. Amber, creamy head, fine carbonation. Light spicy hop aroma. Lightfooted, caramel malt entry, light pepper, butterscotch retronasal, grassy hops. Slightly too light body for my expectations, not chewy enough nice mouthfeel though. Quick finish.

Bottle. Cloudy brown amber, golden foam. Pumpernickel aroma. Fairly carbonated foamy mouthfeel, still medium body, Bready with a light clementine note, light hops. Pleasant.
