(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized, quickly diminishing and slightly off-white frothy head. Slightly dusty and sweet grainy nose with a tinge of acidity. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy, slightly fizzy carbonation. Initially short grainy malty taste with a sweet-bitter, slightly hoppy finish with notes of metal. Plain but drinkable (19.03.08).

500ml vom Fass. Cloves to the nose. Hazy, orange body. Some lasting, white foam. Ripe banana in flavour plus a brush of lemon and yeast. Gets rather too sweet (Ingolstadt, 20.06.2007).

Fine aromahops, honeyish sweetness. Golden, low carbonation, low clinging head. Sweet cracker malt which lingers on in the aftertaste, Nice aromatic hop balance. Medium to light body, fizzling mouthfeel, decent dry finish.

Sweet malt aroma with a herbal notes on top. Deep golden, not much carbonation, low foamy head. Sweet malt base, estery alcoholic notes are evident, herbal notes on exit. Oily mouthfeel, milky aftertaste.

Restrained clove, nutmeg and banana aroma. Cloudy orange yellow, low but very stable and lacing head. Bready, somewhat spicy weizen (pepper, earth, nutmeg, koriander). Banana afterplay, but overall a somewhat watery aftertaste.
