The color is blond, very cloudy; while pouring it seems that the carbonation is low. There is a light aroma, a bit fruity and lemony, sour, and, as often for German ciders, also a scent of warm plastic (it reminds me the lights on the Christmas tree). The lack of carbonation improves the mouthfeel; the flavor is anyway quite simple, without clear fruits, and instead a white wine impression, and light acidity. At least, compared to may German ciders, this one doesn’t have all the flaws that the others have.

Bottle 100cl.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apple, sour - tart apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Refreshing. [20101024]

Bottle from Plan B. A hazy yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet and acidic and dominated by not quite ripe apples, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

hazy yellow ,small white head. quite faint apple aroma. flavor is apple, a little skunky, a little citrussy, but not enough to become interesting.

Bottled. A pale golden cider. The aroma has strong notes of apples. The flavor is sweet and a bit acidic with notes of apples.
