Flat, barely hazy straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, grass, sour apple peel, apple cores, hay, minerals, hints of old sour wash cloth and something kind of sulfury. Taste is sour-ish dry, sour apple peel, sorrel, sour apples, grass, yeast, apple cores, hay, yeast, minerals, sawdust, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, kind of watery and dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough. Probably quite low on alcohol.
