Description
The Lalune brewery is located on the banks of the Garonne River on the right bank of Bordeaux, in the heart of the Port de la Lune. Our craft brewery produces a range of 100% organic beers, made from organic grains grown and malted in the Southwest of France.
A comprehensive approach to our facility complements this environmental commitment: a low-carbon brewhouse, geothermal energy system, 100% renewable electricity, local sourcing, and distribution via environmentally friendly transportation.
Within the Chantiers de la Garonne, the brewery is now an integral part of the Darwin-ecosystem, a hybrid and multidimensional neighborhood emblematic of Bordeaux's ecological transition.
