Listening to Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever - Endless Rooms. Pours clear gold with a clinging white head, good clarity, nice carbonation. Soft moutheel a little cereal, initially sweet but then a shy bitterness pops by, there is a little dryness to the finish. Nice, simple and uncomplicated, exactly what I needed.

Bottle from Meibier. Clear golden colour, white foam. Rather sweet taste with honey notes, light bitter hoppy finish. Well balanced. Good Heller Bock.

Optisch karamellbraun, wenig Schaum. In der Nase etwas Malz, kaum Aroma. Im Trunk Malz, dann bitter, etwas Karamell, okay aber halt auch recht langweilig.

Tap at Hopdog, Munich, 4th May 2022. Was just about to pay and leave and the owner called me over and said this was just put on. I’m an easy target, any way, pours a clear amber. Aroma is honey and hops. Taste is clean, honey, sweet, nectar and perfume, it’s actually very nice, as the owner Greg, mentioned, I have meetings tomorrow with Deloitte and will have to blame the owner at this point for my hangover.

Hellmalziger Beginn bei angenehm geringe Süße. Süffig, ansteigende Süße, getreidig. Einfach aber rund, nett. 9/8/9/8/8/9

500ml bottle. Clear, amber-ish, ruby red colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow, minimally toasty, malty and slightly fruity hoppy aroma, a touch of red berries, cherry, pumpernickel. Taste is mellow, minimally toasty, bready malty, slightly bitter and fruity, minimally metallic hoppy, a touch of grey bread and pumpernickel, red berries; dry, minimally metallic finish. Watery texture, dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Minimally ephemeral flavours, light, drinkable, very nice colour - OK.
